The transaction was made on November 15, 2007, just three days to the summit.
Additionally, even” the Ministry of Foreign Affairs kept telling the hotel owners that the guests will come and occupy the hotel rooms.
According to one of the hotel owners, the Government hired each room at $200 per night for nine days in preparation for the Commonwealths meeting.
According to the Auditor General’s report about the GHOGM hotels, J&M was not on the list of approved CHOGM venues and no activity was hosted there.
